Each evening (Wednesday August 2 - Saturday August 5) begins with our famous roast beef BBQ dinner, which we serve 5pm - 8pm. Our family friendly midway and ticket booths open at 6pm, while the performance begins at 8pm each night. It is a live performance so it varies in length, but lasts approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
